The question was if stonehenge has ever been rebuilt and a few answers have been how stonehenge was built in the first place (for example the youtube.com video.) That may have been how it was built thousands of years ago but there is still evidence that the historic site has been recreated to show how people “think” it was. It is still a great mystery how the rocks which are not native to the land stonehenge is found in were transported (and we are talking many ton rocks) to the area but whether the way they were set up still remains to this day, or if it has been altered.
From the articles shown in my answer show it is a good possibility they have been, so to answer the question asked, i think stonhenge has been rebuilt.
