Aluminum Welding Machine
Forming aluminum sheeting?
I am wanting to form several custom parts from 3/16 to 1/4 inch aluminum sheeting. forming will include rolling 3″ radius 180* bends and edge rolling to form smooth edges. what do i need to do to get alum to roll without cracking or checking, read somewhere you can heat and work it but not sure what there is to it. I have access to all machines in welding and machine shop. As well as sheet metal fabrication english wheels and bead rollers.etc.
